These are the people who make dreams come true. These are the people who stand by my side. This is my team.

Bothwell Cheese

“Our tradition is a tradition of quality”, that line says it all. Since spring 2019, I’ve had the amazing privilege to partner with Bothwell Cheese, a Manitoba-based company made up of great people, local values, and of course, fantastic cheese! As an athlete, nutrition is key, and every food choice I make is crucial to improving. I chose Bothwell Cheese because I know I can rely on their premium quality products to fuel me towards greatness. With them at my side, I know anything can be achieved. Bothwell Cheese, they’re fuelling greatness.

Craft Sportswear

We push physical limits, we brave the cold, we thrive in the outdoors, and we master the elements. Sometimes, to be the best, you need the best. For this reason, I’m honoured to be partnered with Craft Canada to help with all my sportswear needs. When I gear up for my sport, I need to know that my equipment can keep up, but with Craft, that’s never a problem. Committed to innovating performance and design, it’s a guarantee that Craft Sportswear is up to anything I put them through. From sea to sky, through snow and rain, Craft has me covered, literally.

Rossignol

With over a century of ski engineering, it’s safe to say that every day is “Another best day” when you ski with Rossignol. Since 2015, I’ve been backed by their premium equipment, and thanks to them, I learned to fly without leaving the ground. To me, skiing with Rossignol is embodied by a constant desire to be better, to push further, and to redefine what we think is possible. Every time I cross that finish line, I’m thankful to finish on Rossignol. Rossignol, accelerating potential.

Paradise Island Cheese

Because I train in Whistler BC, it’s satisfying to know that I can source good whole foods from a company local to my end of the country. As the sister company to Bothwell Cheese, Paradise Island Cheese provides champion nutrition from the West Coast. But, while similar in their roots, Paradise has chosen to focus more on providing natural and organic options, which caters perfectly to my athletic diet! Paradise Island Cheese keeps it real. Just like their dedication to producing a quality and health-conscious product, they focus on building a strong environmentally friendly community around them inspired by the beauty of Vancouver Island.

Beeproject Apiaries

Trailblazers, role models, bees, and good friends are just some of the words that come to mind for Beeproject Apiaries. Since my early years as a young beekeeper in Winnipeg, Chris and Lindsay have always been huge supporters of my pursuit of excellence. Between farmyards and skyscraper rooftops, these two taught me the essential values of hard work, perseverance, supporting local, and working for a cause. It’s in the hardest moments, the longest days that my character was forged, and being a part of such a huge movement will always be one of my proudest accomplishments. I can confidently say that I wouldn’t be the person I am today without them, cheers to always pushing the limits!

Prairie Oils and Vinegars

Though I may live in the mountains, though I may travel far away, I’ll always be a prairie boy at heart. Manitoba is home, and having the support from local companies like Prairie Oils and Vinegars means the world to me. Big and small, every contribution counts and gets me closer to my dreams. Moving away from home to train full time out west was a huge step for me, so I’m proud to represent small businesses that share my big ambitions! Prairie Oils and Vinegars, flavours enhanced.

Whistler Nordic Dev Centre

We live and breathe Biathlon, excellence is our mindset, and success is our reward. In summer 2018, I joined this high-performance training centre, and since then I’ve trained amongst Canada’s best athletes with guidance from our innovative coach Etienne Letondeur. WNDC is a legacy project born from the Vancouver 2010 games, which means the Olympics is in our veins. We grit our teeth, we push through hardships, we challenge ourselves to be better, together. Biathlon may be an individual sport, but the Whistler Nordic Development Centre has taught me that sport is better with a team. We’re not just a training centre, we’re a family, and we’re building the next Olympians.
